French Riviera, on the seaside, in winter: we are surrounded by the silence. The atmosphere is mysterious, deserted. Then, gradually, the transformation takes place: the stagehands appear on the scene, the props set the scenery of the holiday show played every year for the audience coming from everywhere, always with great success. This dismantled scene, far from being empty, is the reverse of the dream, the other side of the mirror of a world turned towards mass tourism, in which prefabricated leisure and consumption are compulsory practices. We have not performed a single move, but the transformation has taken place around us: the blue has become bright, like in the tourist brochures.
