There is a point where the thick city structure begins to dissolve. At the outskirts of Athens a unique locus has been formed. Industrial zones combined with residential areas create a very specific geography. An entrance and an exodus at the same time.
A promise lies there, both for those who enter the city limits and those who leave them behind. Everything seems to be in limbo at this space. And the photographic camera, with each ability o to freeze time, deconstruct and reconstruct our perception of the existing world, seems to be the ideal medium to describe that limbo.
"Halfway there" is a work in progress.
