Athens is the most typical example among the European capitals, which has suffered the most fundamental changes in the last two decades, during the passage to what Zygmunt Bauman called “Liquid Modernity”. In particular, the impact of the economic crisis to the social life and the physiognomy of the city, after 2008, is severe.
Walking around the city and interacting with people around you is the only way of experiencing this relentless metamorphosis and the ephemeral daily life. A series of triptych images came out of this process. Each person photographed is connected in a very subjective way with the urban space (public or private).
